Design Review and Verification
Prior to production, our engineering team conducts thorough design reviews, utilizing advanced simulation software to verify material specifications, valve geometry, and performance under various operational conditions. This step ensures that each valve is designed to meet or exceed industry standards and client requirements.
Material Inspection
All incoming materials, including metals and sealing components, undergo rigorous inspections. Chemical composition analysis, tensile strength tests, and visual inspections are conducted to verify material integrity and compliance with purchase specifications.
In-Process Inspections
During the manufacturing process, each stage, from casting to machining, is subject to quality checks. This includes dimensional inspections, surface finish assessments, and hardness testing to confirm adherence to tight tolerances.
Assembly Control
Assembly lines are equipped with checklists and visual aids to guide operators, ensuring correct assembly sequences and the use of approved parts. Completed valves undergo leak testing using helium or other traceable gases to detect even the smallest leaks, a critical safety measure for gas pipelines.
Performance Testing
Finished valves are subjected to a series of functional tests simulating real-world operating conditions. This may include pressure testing, cycle testing, and flow testing to verify proper operation, sealing capability, and durability.
Final Inspection and Certification
Before packaging and shipment, each valve undergoes a comprehensive final inspection. This includes documentation verification, where all test results and manufacturing data are reviewed against quality standards. Successful valves receive a certificate of conformity, validating their compliance with international and customer-specific standards.
Quality Management System (QMS)
Our entire quality control process is governed by a robust QMS compliant with ISO 9001 standards. This system ensures continuous improvement, regular internal audits, and effective corrective action implementation when necessary.
Traceability and Documentation
We maintain detailed records of every manufacturing step, allowing full traceability from raw material to the end-user. This is crucial for accountability and swift response in case of any post-production concerns.
